ITHRIVE Entrepreneurism is a scalable executive coaching process specifically for entrepreneurs.  It allows you to grow professionally to meet the needs of your existing business. You work 1-on-1 with Board Certified Executive Coach, Andy Dix, to create your customized ITHRIVE Entrepreneurism professional growth program.   You prioritize and develop your capabilities to grow as a leader and business owner.  You decide how fast you need to see the results of the plan and how often you choose to receive additional coaching support.  ITHRIVE Entrepreneurism grows your knowledge and skills at whatever rate you need to achieve your business goals.

ITHRIVE Entrepreneurism is a holistic approach to sustainable, satisfying success.  It allows you to fully understand who you are and what you need to do to enjoy the many benefits and overcome the many challenges of entrepreneurism.

  • Session 5: Value-match your values with other people’s values with who you form business alliances. (1 hour telephone session)
  • Session 6: Creating an eco-system where you can thrive as an entrepreneur. (1 hour telephone session)
  • Session 7: Your choice of developmental topic. (1 hour telephone session)

Payment Terms: 50% Prepayment is due prior to beginning the engagement.  The remaining balance is due prior to session 5.  Any session may be cancelled or rescheduled with two working days’ notice, or will be billed as completed.  You may cancel the program at any time and any unused prepayment will be returned in full for unused sessions.  Contact us for specifics on pricing.
