Executive Coaching with Andy Dix, MS, BCC

Individual Executive Coaching Quarterly Intensive

Vice Presidents, Directors, Managers, and Business Owners don’t want to simply survive the demands of their roles — they want to thrive.

As a Board Certified Executive Coach, I partner with ambitious leaders who are ready to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and competence. Together, we navigate the complexity of today’s business environment so you can make stronger decisions, build more effective teams, and create meaningful progress — both professionally and personally.

My clients value having a trusted confidant who challenges their thinking, surfaces blind spots, and helps them show up as the leader they’re capable of becoming. Our conversations are focused, thought-provoking, and designed to spark real growth, new possibilities, and lasting positive change.

FIRE UP! Coaching Framework: A Practical 6-Step Model for Executives and Managers Who Choose to Fire Up Performance & Purpose

Andy Dix, MS, BCC
President

The FIRE UP! framework is designed specifically for Vice Presidents, Directors, Managers, and Business Owners who want to move from reacting to complexity to leading with clarity, motivation, and purposeful impact. It combines motivation science (including the Reiss Motivation Profile®), collaborative change leadership, and systemic practical action — the core of my coaching approach.

F — Find Your Purpose and Meaningful Mission

Identify your motivating values and needs that fires up your passion and drive at a core level. Use the Reiss Motivation Profile® to uncover intrinsic motivators instead of relying on external pressure or generic goals.

Key Question: What needs to be fueled for you to consistently show up at your best and do what matters most?

IIgnite Clarity and Vision

Cut through the noise to define what success looks like — personally and organizationally. Move from vague ambition to a sharp, compelling vision that aligns with your values and the demands of your role.

Key Question: If you fired up your attitude on purpose tomorrow, what would be meaningfully different?

RReflect on Current Reality

Honestly assess where you are now versus where you want to be. Examine patterns in performance, relationships, decision-making, beliefs, and energy. Identify the gaps that are costing you results or fulfillment.

Key Question: What fires you up and what fizzles you out?

EEngage Collaborative Strategies

Business is a team sport. Build alignment, influence, and psychological safety with stakeholders and solidify your power base. Learn foundational principles and develop the skills to lead change with and through others, rather than to them.

Key Question: Who needs to be engaged in this change to succeed — and how will you bring them along?

UUnleash Bold, Aligned Action

Create your growth plan to fire up performance and purpose. Translate insight into decisive experiments and next steps. Move from analysis to courageous action with clear accountability and support.

Key Question: What one bold move (or series of small moves) would create the most meaningful momentum right now?

PPerform with Persistence, Purpose, and Sustainability

Build the systems, resilient mindset, and support structures to maintain momentum over time and through adversity. Turn short-term wins into lasting leadership identity and organizational impact.

Key Question: How will you protect and sustain your fire so it doesn’t burn out?

How We Work Together

We meet confidentially via Zoom a couple of times per month. You can expect us to use my FIRE UP! framework to guide our coaching engagement. My goal is for our coaching engagement to be as brief and action-oriented as possible. Each session will be centered on tangible progress toward achieving your goals.

If you are coachable and ready to commit to your success, then here are the specifics of this starter package:

Create Your Own Private Group Coaching Cohort

Some clients or sponsoring organizations wish to create a private group coaching cohort to support similar levels or development needs of business people. For example, a company may wish to have five senior executives become highly effective collaborators. This package provides a means to have a group of your choosing grow together and support each other’s professional and personal development while receiving the coaching support of Andy Dix.
