RMP Master Certification Tuition and Enrollment

No surprises here. This page covers the full RMP Master certification cost, including what else you’ll need to buy, and how to enroll.

Your Total Cost

Here’s everything you’ll pay to become an RMP Master, in one place.

Prefer to spread out the tuition? Four equal payments of $174.25 are available on request. Mention it in your application or when we talk.

Included in tuition

• the complete self-paced online course (nine lessons)
• two scheduled one-hour live Zoom sessions with me
• a 60-minute live final summary discussion on Zoom with me (Lesson 9)
• optional live sessions on request
• the RMP Masters Manual and the other course downloads
• the IDS RMP Master badge when you’re certified
• 12 months of consultation with me after certification, at no charge

Not included in tuition

In addition to tuition, every Master candidate must buy:

• the book The Reiss Motivation Profile®: What Motivates You? by Professor Steven Reiss, Ph.D.
• three Reiss Motivation Profile® assessments from IDS Publishing Corporation, at the current market price

The 4% foreign bank transaction fee, where it applies, is also on top of tuition.

How Payment Works

• Invoicing: AD Growth Advisers Inc., the parent company of the Reiss Motivation Profile® Masters Academy, will invoice you once your registration is accepted.
• Payment methods: we offer various online payment options.
• Payments from outside the United States: participants outside the US, including in Canada and Mexico, are charged an additional 4% foreign bank transaction fee, unless they pay through a US bank or financial system.

Key Policies

• Who can enroll: residents of North America who meet the prerequisites.
• Start date: anytime. Enrollment is rolling.
• Time limit: 120 business days from your enrollment date to complete the certification requirements.
• No refunds: tuition is non-refundable. That includes when you don’t complete the certification requirements within 120 business days of enrollment.
• Staying certified: Recertification is required if 24 calendar months pass since the last RMP you used. The refresher course costs $300.
• Continuing-education credits: the course is not approved for ICF, SHRM or HRCI continuing-education credits.

3. Once you’re accepted, AD Growth Advisers Inc. sends your invoice. Pay in full, or ask for four equal payments of $174.25.
4. You start the course. Enrollment is rolling, and you have 120 business days from enrollment to finish.
